Our History
Yochum Landscaping has been serving the Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas since 2003. Owner Chad Yochum started in the lawn care business in high school. Growing up in Lewiston and after a couple years at North Idaho College, he decided to start his business in Coeur d'Alene. After purchasing his first machine in 2004, Chad started installing landscapes in the area. Chad married his wife Krissa. They have three beautiful children: Addison, Tommy, and Lilly... and Ruby the German Shepherd.
At Yochum Landscaping, we provide quality service in lawn care and landscape construction. We specialize in:
- Big tree planting with the use of our tree spades
- Sprinkler installing and maintenance
- Paver and concrete patios and porches
- Retaining walls rock or block walls
- Drainage install drainpipes for storm water
- Planting - Yochum installs conifers, deciduous, and also fruit trees. We have our own tree spades and enjoy going out in the spring to dig trees that we use in your landscapes. Raised gardens and custom sprinkler installs for greenhouses and gardens.
- Landscape Lighting - Yochum installs all landscape lights from the starter packages with a few spotlights to large light projects with the new color changing lighting, Christmas lighting with decor.
- Winter - we provide snow plowing with our trucks and machines, snow blowers, and we also have a sanding and liquid deicer trucks.
- Excavation - with multiple excavators, Yochum Landscaping can handle most excavation projects needed for landscape, roads, site development and construction.
